Why isn’t the Pre-NAPLEX, Pre-MPJE, or Pre-FPGEE launching on my web browser?
If the test is not launching, you might be using a web browser that is not supported. The exam will not work if you are using Firefox. Close the test and reopen it using a supported web browser, such as:
- Chrome 59.0 and higher
- Internet Explorer 11, with text size set to medium or smaller
- Microsoft Edge
You will also need to use a computer with one of the following operating systems:
- Microsoft Windows 7 or 8/8.1
- Mac OS 10.7 (Snow Leopard) through 10.10 (Yosemite)
We recommend taking the exams using a direct, high-speed internet connection.
If you are using a Mac or iPad for the Pre-MPJE, disable the pop-up blocker or the exam will not launch. The Pre-NAPLEX/Pre-FPGEE are not supported on iPads. None of NABP’s practice exams are supported on iPad Minis or cell phones.
